2BE1-J, 2BEP-J series corrosion-resistant liquid ring vacuum pump is a single-stage, single-acting liquid ring vacuum pump, also can be used as a compressor. It is mainly used to suck corrosive gases without solid particles (a small amount of dust is allowed). The working liquid is clean water at normal temperature or corrosive liquid at normal temperature. It is a new product developed by our company according to the needs of users.
This pump is mainly aimed at different working conditions, to properly process or improve the surface and structure of the flow-through parts of the pump, to form a corrosion resistant protective layer on its surface without affecting the processing and assembly of the parts of the pump. Installation dimensions and inlet and outlet flange dimensions are the same as 2BE1, 2BEP series water ring vacuum pumps. All flow-through parts are made by our patented technology.

1, The pump integrated the advantages of existing corrosion resistant water ring vacuum pumps, according to the different degree of corrosion resistance of various flow parts during operation, follow the principle of equal longevity: Different raw materials and corresponding technological methods are used based on cast iron, cast steel or carbon steel, so that its acid resistance, alkali resistance, cavitation corrosion and other performance greatly improved, service life extension. The coating layer of its flow parts can work reliably under the vacuum level of 6KPa and the condition of water and air scour within the specified maintenance period. The maintenance period is 1-3 years according to the corrosion medium, temperature, pump speed and other working conditions. Compared with 316L stainless steel, the cost can be reduced more than 1 times under the same working condition and life.
2. Repeated maintenance of side cover. When the anti-corrosion coating aging failure, the basic parts of the pump did not suffer damage, it can be simple, economic and effective maintenance and can be repeatedly used. The parts of integral plastics can live for more than 3 years under the condition of very small amount of dust. There is no leakage on site due to the special packing seal.
3. It can be conveniently applied to all water ring vacuum pumps with flat type dispenser structure with low cost, long life and relatively simple manufacturing process. It is suitable for the extraction of corrosive gases containing trace solid dust in chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, paper making, chemical fertilizer, pharmaceutical and other industries.
